Under Quebec law, we process your information based on your clear, free, and informed consent, or where the law otherwise permits. The purposes include:
- Service Provision: To operate our AI-driven bookkeeping platforms and automated reconciliation protocols.
- Communication: To respond to inquiries and provide technical updates regarding digital asset taxonomy.

Once the retention period expires, or when the information is no longer required, AssetLedger ensures the secure destruction or anonymization of the data to prevent unauthorized access or restoration, in accordance with Law 25 requirements.
